I'm speaking on behalf of a former employer who would complain daily of 1. the slave treatment from management, 2. This person named Rob whose a racist bigot, 3. Theres no room for growth, 4. Employee's are ass kissing uncle Toms, troublemakers, and ghetto uneducated fools. 5. The pay sucks for the amount of work you do for little pay and always standing on your feet. 6. You have to work mandatory overtime without warning. The President and/or owners of Kichler Lighting Company you should be ashamed of yourself for allowing this kind of foolery to continue for so long. Anyone no longer work at this company is better off. Kichler should investigate these incidents that could possibly ruin and discredit your company. If I could leave this comment w/o a star I would but, I have to in order to leave this comment.
